At SOJOS VISION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase. If you are not happy with your glasses, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear in its original case.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that the return tracking number is scanned for proof of shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
